How much office paper do you need?

Whether you run a large corporation or a small home business at some point in time decisions have to be made about the quantity of office stationery you need. There is nothing worse than working on an important project and finding that there is insufficient paper to print out the document. Admittedly, a lot of what we do these days takes place online where the actual physical documentation isn’t a problem.

When you want to send a file or a report to someone you just attach the digital file to an email and off it goes. However, no matter what business you are in there does come a time when you need the actual physical implements to produce a document. If you have a fair idea of what you need and how much office paper you use then you are far less likely to find yourself running out of essentials.

If you order your stationery online it’s really quite simple to set up repeat orders for stuff that you use on a daily basis. Paying for a regular delivery of supplies is a lot cheaper than losing a client because you have run out of the office paper that was needed to get out their quote.
